You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. All other rights are reserved.

6.Informational Purpose; No Guarantee of Results

Content on the Site — including descriptions of water problems, treatment methods, equipment and general water quality information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an actual water test at your property.

Water conditions vary from home to home, and sometimes from street to street. Nothing on the Site should be read as a promise that a particular system will produce a particular result at your property. Recommendations are made only after we test your water, and any results discussed depend on your actual water conditions, household usage, plumbing and proper maintenance of the equipment.

Information about municipal water supplies, aquifer conditions or typical contaminants in a given area is general in nature and may change.

7.Estimates, Quotes and Scheduling

Requesting a free water test or submitting a form on the Site does not create a contract. It is a request for an appointment, which we will confirm with you directly.

Pricing shown or discussed before an in-home water test is an estimate only. A binding price is established in a written estimate or work order provided after your water has been tested and the installation site has been evaluated. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed, or if additional work is required once the job begins.

Appointment times are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive as scheduled, but service windows may shift due to weather, traffic, prior calls running long or circumstances beyond our control.

8.Products, Installation, Warranties and Service

Equipment we sell is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, and the terms, duration and exclusions of that warranty are set by the manufacturer. Any separate workmanship or labor warranty offered by Just Water will be stated in writing on your estimate, invoice or work order.

Warranty coverage generally requires that the equipment be installed by us, used as intended and maintained as recommended. Coverage may be void if the equipment is modified, serviced by others, or damaged by misuse, freezing, power surges, water pressure outside the equipment’s rated range, or conditions the system was not sized to treat.

We service and repair most makes and models, including equipment we did not install. Where a repair or rebuild is possible and cost-effective, we will say so. Whether a specific unit can be repaired depends on its condition and on parts availability, which we cannot guarantee for discontinued equipment.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

9.Submissions and Communications

If you send us questions, suggestions, reviews, photographs or other material through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our business. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site. Communications sent through the Site are not guaranteed to be secure or to be received.

10.Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including review platforms, manufacturer pages and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

11.Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUST WATER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Water and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
