Our Team
Dave Payton
Dave Payton has been in the water treatment business for 35 years. He worked his way up from salt delivery, to service, then a service manager, and now owns his own water treatment business. Dave Payton started this business to provide a legacy for him and his family.
Heather Baker
Heather Baker is the sales and marketing manager of just water. She has 10 years experience in customer service and sales. She went to school for business management and marketing. Heather’s specialty is customer service and ability to provide the knowledge needed for her customers to make the right choice for their homes and businesses.
Jason Boltz
Jason Boltz is the service manager at Just Water Treatment Inc. and has been in the water treatment industry for 25 years. His specialties are installing units, plumbing and is very particular on the draining process. Jason has a passion for educating our customers in all aspects of water treatment.
