Dave Payton didn’t start his career behind a sales desk. He started by delivering salt.
From there, Dave moved into water treatment service, learning firsthand how systems work, how they fail and, most importantly, how to solve the different water problems homeowners experience. He eventually became a service manager before starting Just Water in 2016.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we start by understanding your water, your home and the problems you’re experiencing. Then we explain your options and help you determine the solution that makes sense for you.
For Dave, Just Water was also about building something lasting — a local, family-owned business founded on knowledge, honest service and relationships with the people we serve.

Beginning with salt delivery, Dave worked his way into service and eventually service management, developing extensive hands-on knowledge of water treatment equipment along the way.
In 2016, Dave founded Just Water to create the kind of water treatment company he believed homeowners deserved — knowledgeable, straightforward and focused on finding the right solution rather than simply selling equipment.
